I am highly disciplined and committed, having developed these qualities through overcoming challenges in my own education. Throughout my struggle, I learnt discipline is something that doesn't grow in just one day but over time. I often had to rely on independent study to fully understand difficult topics, which taught me resilience and effective learning strategies. I understand the difficulties many students face because I have experienced them myself unfortunately. During my studies, I did not always receive the support I needed in lessons; my teachers always looked down upon me and believed I wouldn't amount to anything, which meant I had to take full responsibility for my own learning. Having to rely solely on yourself is quite difficult, but I was willing to put that struggle in to succeed and alhamdulilah praise be to God it paid off. Through discipline, independent study, and consistent effort, I was able to improve my grades from a U to an A*. This journey has given me a deep understanding of how to overcome academic challenges, identify weaknesses, and build effective revision strategies. As a tutor, I aim to provide the clear guidance, patience, and support that I once needed, helping students gain confidence and achieve their full potential. I know exactly what every student needs from my experience with a broad range of students, even those with learning difficulties; my lessons provide no waffle but straight up everything you need to know.
