About Julia
At GCSE level , I revived a Grade 9 and consistently through mocks I achieved 8s and 9s . With a lot of practice , I have familiarised my self with typical exam style questions and have extensive knowledge on content required to achieve different grades .Additionally , throughout secondary school I participated in numerous schemes and opportunities such as being a Peer Mentor , where I worked alongside Year 7s to assist them through the challenging transition into secondary school, engaging in our Schools student body and I am currently a Sixthform Ambassador.
I love doing maths and gaining the satisfaction of getting questions correct. I want to share it with those who want to improve and need that extra guidance ,which I can provide to achieve their goals.
Outside of my academics, I play netball ,when I can ,and have a deep adoration for dogs, even though my mum hates the idea of them in the house :(

I enjoy helping people understand and learn how to approach ,what may seem difficult , certain maths question with confidence and accuracy. By making my tutoring sessions fun and interactive, I strive teach maths in a light and easy manner ,so you can also gain the knowledge to tackle maths and do good on future exams .
After gaining an understanding of what you find and difficult and what you can do . I will alter the tasks we do to fit and your current abilities and how we can progress to ensure you reach the aspired level you want to be at. Throughout the lessons we will focus on different topics and I will guide you and give detailed advice on the most effective and appropriate ways to tackle the questions we do , and I will provide support to make the sessions as comfortable and stress free as possible so my students have a perfect environment where they can exacerbate their mathematical abilities .
