About Noor
Hi, my name is Noor, I am currently an A-Level student, I received a grade 9 in GCSE English, and I am a very confident and engaging teacher to young students. I will give your grade 9 advice from a previous student point of view and will make a personalised study plan for you to help you achieve the grades you want with these sessions. Although I am very professional in my teaching, I like to ensure my sessions are also fun to engage you better in the subject you are learning and to make you feel fully comfortable in it.

I will start off our first session by introducing who I am and get to know your learning path better, this allows me to create the best study plan for your success in the subject. My teaching technique is through visual learning and active recall, as it helps students understand difficult concepts. I like to aim for top grades when tutoring the subject so I will introduce difficult questions in the lesson to challenge students which expands learning and comes in handy especially during exam questions as it increases problem-solving skills. The typical length of a lesson would be 1-2 hours depending on the progress of each student, but will not exceed this time as attention span in students decreases over time, therefore it is important not to overload content as it can be easily forgotten. I am currently an A-level student, who achieved a grade 9 in English and I have 1 year experience in tutoring other students who achieved high grades. I am a great teacher to young students as I understand the grading system in great depth and can fully relate with students which makes them feel comfortable in the lesson with me. My lessons are for GCSE students who are struggling in their subject and would like to receive the highest possible grade in their subject.
