I am a highly motivated and dedicated tutor with a strong academic background and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. I achieved Grade 9s in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at GCSE and am currently studying Biology and Chemistry at A-Level at a grammar school, with aspirations to study Medicine. This academic pathway has given me a deep understanding of these subjects, as well as the discipline and exam strategies required to achieve top grades.
I take pride in delivering clear, structured, and supportive lessons that are tailored to each student’s individual needs. My approach is patient and encouraging, ensuring students feel comfortable asking questions and confident in their learning. I focus on breaking down complex topics into simple, manageable steps, reinforcing understanding through practice questions, active recall, and consistent review.
I have a strong understanding of the GCSE curriculum and exam requirements, which allows me to help students improve both their knowledge and exam technique effectively. My aim is not only to improve grades, but also to build long-term confidence and independent learning skills.

I take a personalised and structured approach to tutoring, tailoring each lesson to the student’s specific needs, ability level, and exam goals. I begin by identifying strengths and weaknesses, then focus on building strong foundational understanding before moving on to exam-style questions. My teaching method involves breaking complex topics into simple, step-by-step explanations, using active recall, guided practice, and regular review to reinforce learning and improve long-term memory. I also place a strong emphasis on exam technique, helping students understand how to interpret questions and structure answers for maximum marks.
Lessons typically last between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the student’s age, focus level, and subject requirements. This allows enough time to cover new content, practice questions, and review key learning points without rushing.
In terms of experience, I achieved Grade 9s in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at GCSE and am currently studying Biology and Chemistry at A-Level at a grammar school, with aspirations to study Medicine. This gives me up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum and a strong understanding of what examiners are looking for at GCSE level.
My lessons are aimed at primary and secondary students up to GCSE level, typically ages 8–16, covering Biology, Chemistry, Maths and for primary students I offer English one on one tutoring. I support students who need help building confidence, catching up, or pushing for the highest grades.
