My approach to tutoring is to make sure the student has a comprehensive understanding of each topic by working through examples and explaining it thoroughly. Then, to solidify the understanding of the topic, doing tests and learning from mistakes is the next step. Also, I provide revision tips, because with most students what's holding them back isn't a lack of understanding of the course, it's the way they revise.
