About Ian
I'm a 31 year old Level 3 Personal Trainer
and a Level 2 Aquatics Teacher based in
Newport, South Wales. I am extremely
dedicated motivated and passionate about
what I do. Confident in coaching all age
groups and working towards any personal
goal. I always give 110% and make my
sessions fun enjoyable, challenging and
achievable. Your goals are my goals and we
will work towards them together as a team.
