I am a cosmetologist/fitness instructor living in Lagos, Nigeria. I have been giving advices and coaching for over 5 years. I started out by just giving advice to people and generally helping people find solutions to whatever problems they may have, whether personally or dealing with others.

I approach my teachings by first putting myself in that particular situation and evaluating what I would do. Then looking at it critically without personal emotions and deciding what the best option is for everyone involved. That way, I'm able to ascertain whatever sentiments may hinder my student from doing the right thing and knowing how to walk them through it.
