My passion for teaching, coaching, and counseling isn’t just rooted in my studies or professional experiences—it comes from my own personal journey. Having experienced trauma myself, I understand the emotional, mental, and psychological struggles that come with it. I’ve faced the overwhelming challenges of healing, rebuilding, and finding strength after difficult experiences. This personal understanding fuels my passion for helping others who are navigating similar paths. What drives me to teach these subjects is the belief that those who have been through trauma are often in the best position to help others. I’ve lived it, and that gives me a unique perspective that theory alone can’t provide. I know what it feels like to struggle, and I know the power of resilience, growth, and healing from first-hand experience. That’s why I’m committed to helping you not only overcome the obstacles in your life but also thrive and create a future full of possibility.
