About JP

I am a bio-engineer trained at the University of Brussels and an economist graduated from Oxford University. I lectured economics and development policy in Brussels for a few years and worked in international development and natural resources. Some 10 years ago, I did my training in human potential / life coaching with Jack Canfield. In parallel, I completed an advanced training in business communications and public speaking, for which I also offer coaching services.

About the lesson

People with coaches achieve more, in areas such as personal development, business, music, sports and even public administration.
But what kind of coaching do you need? There are multiple methods, multiple approaches. One of them is to seek “success” as defined by what you want to achieve in your life in the next years.
This success can be related to lifestyle habits, work-life balance, confidence building, business mindset, great productivity, career choices.
So it’s not necessarily about making more money. Life is much more complex than that.
Coaching can help you take action to make your life more fulfilling, and achieve certain goals, live certain experiences, that are particularly important to you.
And if you are “stuck” in your life, and don’t know where to start, coaching can help you do the first steps, which progressively, will get you to figure out a pathway towards this better life you seek.
The “success principles” framework, developed by world-class life coach Jack Canfield, precisely aims at helping people to get from where they are in their life to where they want to be.
These success principles have been developed after years of research about what works and what does not work in personal development, by studying what are the habits of those actually achieving success, whatever the way it is defined.
This is the life coaching approach I have been trained in by Jack Canfield and his team, and which I adopt for my life coaching / personal development services.
Of course, I have read and draw inspiration from other life coaching approaches. The advantage of the Success Principles framework is that it encompasses the key learnings from the most respected life coaching / personal development experts such as Napoleon Hill, Dale Carnegie, Tony Robbins and Stephen Covey.
Learning and adopting success principles in your life is a smooth, step by step, process, which helps you identify/clarify your goals, and how to achieve them. Of course, there are no instant results. But you will be amazed on small, yet strategic, changes, can yield tangible improvements to your life.
The process is as important as, if not more important than, the goals. You make your life journey more interesting, more fulfilling. You gain confidence through the process, and progressively get more in control of your future, of the future you really want.
So that’s in a nutshell the basis of the success principles and of the coaching services I propose, both in English and French.
