About Alona
I am a Russian-speaking Life Coach with over seven years of professional practice. My work is focused on helping teenagers and adults manage their emotions, transform challenges into strengths, and unlock their potential. I provide clear guidance in building self-worth, confidence, and inner stability. A key part of my expertise is career orientation, successfully supporting teenagers and adults in choosing the right path or profession. I also have solid experience working with children and adults with autism, ADHD, and postnatal trauma, which allows me to offer effective guidance and support to their parents.
