About Lily
I'm a 15-year-old freshman at an early college, and I'm really excited about the journey I'm on. My goal is to graduate early with my associate degree, which will set me up nicely for the future. I'm determined to continue my education and eventually earn my doctorate in radiology.
I’ve always been fascinated by the medical field, and radiology particularly interests me. I love the idea of using technology to help diagnose and treat patients. Being in an early college program is a fantastic experience for me; I get to challenge myself with advanced coursework and meet peers who are just as passionate about learning.
Math and English are two of my favorite subjects. I enjoy math because it helps me develop problem-solving skills and apply logical thinking, which I know will be valuable in the medical field. English, on the other hand, allows me to express my thoughts and communicate effectively, which is essential when working with patients and colleagues.
Balancing schoolwork and my aspirations can be tough sometimes, but I’m committed to putting in the effort. I believe that with hard work and dedication, I can achieve my goals and make a meaningful contribution to radiology. I’m looking forward to what the future holds as I continue my education!

When I work with kids in tutoring lessons, I like to keep a few important points in mind to ensure we have a positive and productive experience together: I like to set clear goals, create a comfortable and exciting learning environment, be patient and encouraging, use engaging methods, add in regular feedback, and lastly, be flexible by adapting my teaching style to how the kid enjoys it. By following these guidelines, I aim to create a more enriching and practical tutoring experience for the kids I work with!
