About Lhisha
I am the owner of Tutor Pro. I studied Biochemistry at Queen's University and have fourteen years of teaching experience. In that time, I have helped hundreds of students succeed.
In addition to owning Tutor Pro, I am also a calculus exam prep instructor at Prep 101.
I specialize in teaching calculus at the post-secondary level.
I have tutored both engineering and science students in first year calculus at:
-Queen's University
-The University of British Columbia
-The University of Calgary
-The University of Victoria
-The University of Northern British Columbia
-Thompson Rivers University
In addition, I have years of experience with Advanced Placement calculus (both AB and BC) and the international baccalaureate program.

My teaching style is problems-based. Students learn by doing calculus problems with me. I break the problem into simple steps for the student. I explain concepts thoroughly and don't mind repeating myself. I am a very patient, effective and dedicated instructor.
