About Jacob
I am a college student studying at Brigham Young University. I graduated in 2024 from Legend High School with honors and soon after I served a 2-year mission in Vietnam as a volunteer. During those 2 years I lived and worked among the people which required me to learn their language to communicate with them. I have a passion for the language and am excited to help others also find the love for Vietnam that I found.

With those learning for the first time we will break down the basics of the language including tones, alphabet, and common phrases. We will focus on pronunciation and listening at the current level of the learner to set good habits right at the beginning. Each lesson will build on the things previously learned and will build into small conversations and phrases.
