About ANA Maria,
I am a British-trained Venezuelan-born (from Portuguese parents) scientist. More recently, a passionate highly driven Science Tutor & Teacher, with a Biochemistry Specialism, interested in pharmacology & the molecular basis of disease, with broad skill set (computational inclusive) and proven publication record.
Someone determined to inspire pupils within the fascinating realm of science!
I hold a Doctorate degree in Cancer Biology, a Masters' of Science in Biomedicine as well as a BSc in Molecular Biology.
My pedagogy is supported by my Qualified Teacher Status and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education.
