About Noam
My name is Noam, I am a professional singer & songwriter living in London, UK.
I began teaching vocals & songwriting professionally over four years ago and have a lot of experience working with people from various musical backgrounds and with all ages.
A little bit about me:
I got my Creative musicianship BA from the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, London. I am originally from Tel Aviv and speak fluent Hebrew & English. Having been involved in Tel Aviv’s music and entertainment industry from the age of 10, I have well over a decade of experience recording, dubbing and performing on countless stages, events, TV, Radio and more. These days I am working on several projects, writing music for various artists and commercial parties, arranging vocals and teaching singing and songwriting lessons.

A little bit about my teachings:
teaching is very special to me as I owe many of my successes to my mentors and have personally seen the powerful affect a good tutor has on a student. Music lessons help develop a plethora of skills, studying and deepening your technique, ear training - musical hearing, music theory and performance abilities, but also help with social skills, communication skills, and building your confidence.
In addition, studying any form of art can bring you inspiration, motivation and this special something that makes you more unique and that you can be proud of.
I teach various singing techniques taking inspiration from all my former and current educators. I believe in catering to each student and building a work plan that suits my student’s abilities, expectations, goals and dreams. The typical structure for a singing lesson is divided to three sections: vocal warm up, technique exercises, and lastly, working on a song of your choice. I love working with this teaching model as I find it to be most effective in majority of cases, however there is always room for discussion and flexibility around this. It is important to me that all my students feel heard, seen and have their individual needs taken into account.
Whether you want to study sining / songwriting or both, music has the power to teach us to express ourselves in the deepest and purest ways, learn to articulate our emotions in words and bring our personalities out with sound.
I am very passionate about teaching, I do it with a big smile, a lot of patience, never with any judgment, with genuine acceptance and encouragement. I view my student’s achievements as if they are my own, and am grateful to have the privilege of helping and watching people grow.
