Management Lecturer eager to pass on knowledge and skill to potential managers

She is punctual.
As much as she is knowledgeable she is also open-minded.
She is polite and very professional.

From the first time I met her , I have always been amazed by her passion for teaching. I remember I was in a car with her she was on the phone and she said something along this lines " Teaching is more of a calling than a profession with me" meaning she will do everything she can to help others rather than doing it because you only want to get paid. She is friendly, easy to communicate with and with me she is like a mother. I know she is a trustworthy tutor because she has every quality you need in a tutor.

Thembi was my lecturer for a management course at Vaal university of Technology, she is supportive, a specialist at what she does, takes time with an individual, very bright, I really enjoyed the Subject.

She gives good lessons all the time and she's people's person. Mrs Thembi can explain the content of the subject thoroughly and she always makes good examples. She's dedicated to her work and she ensures that every student is attended to promptly.

She's a well spoken woman that explains well to people. She can become a mother despite her profession, she's a hard worker and always wants to learn something new from others.

With this being said I recommend her to the organization since it's something that she does well, teaching students vwith understanding and easily finding way better examples to cater for different students with different characteristics and backgrounds.

Amazing lecturer with thorough knowledge of the subject.

My first encounter with miss Motaung was in 2019, her level of professionalism, positive attitude and eagerness to ensure that every student participates in her lecture room is what stood out the most for me. She is a very excellent lecture because she displays a high level of understanding on every topic, which translates to making the topic easier to understand. Her interpersonal skills have helped a lot of students with personal problems because I have personally seen students have a breakdown in class and she didn't mind taking her extra time to talk and council them.
