About Jens
Since graduating with a degree in Business Administration with Intercultural Qualification from the University of Mannheim in 2002, I have held various positions in the field of Supply Chain Management/Logistics. Since then, I have acquired a broad range of knowledge both nationally and internationally – as a warehouse manager, project manager, site manager, and currently as Head of Supply Chain (Purchasing and Logistics)/member of the management team. My career path to date includes a long-term career in logistics services before deciding to move into industry. I am familiar with the requirements of companies with high-volume production, such as the automotive/aviation sector, as well as with customer-specific companies in the fields of special-purpose machinery/electrical engineering. I am happy to pass on my theoretical and practical knowledge to trainees/students and look forward to sharing my experiences with them!

It's important for me to first get an overview of the current course status/subject matter and, together, identify any ambiguities/gaps in knowledge or the need for support. We will then solve the respective problems using specific questions/tasks. I attach great importance to the structured communication of a comprehensive understanding of the respective subject area and, if desired, also clearly demonstrate the practical relevance. Perfect! Ich hatte mich wegen einer Projektaufgabe an Herrn Berger gewandt. Die Terminabsprachen verliefen hervorragend: Ich erhielt schnelle Rückmeldungen, und auch kurzfristige Termine waren problemlos möglich. Die Stunden selbst waren sehr gut strukturiert, verständlich und lehrreich. Ich kann Herrn Berger uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
