About Ming
I’m a career educator with a lifelong passion for language and cultural exchange. Born and raised in China, I’ve spent over 20 years teaching—first as a piano instructor, then as a Mandarin teacher for international students and travelers.
What I love most is helping people connect across cultures. I’ve led study tours across Europe and the US, worked with families from all over the world, and even self-taught Portuguese and Spanish to better understand how language learners think.
My teaching style is patient, flexible, and results-driven. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced learner looking to polish your fluency, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward at your own pace.
Outside of teaching, I’m an avid traveler and language enthusiast—currently preparing for my next adventure in South America. I bring that same curiosity and energy into every lesson.
