Hello, my name is siqi, and I am a third-year student at the University of Toronto. As a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese and a passionate language learner, I am excited about the opportunity to apply for the position of Chinese language tutor.
Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a strong understanding of both Chinese language and culture. My educational background has given me experience in explaining complex concepts clearly and helping students of diverse backgrounds succeed in their studies. I believe that learning a language is not just about memorizing words but about understanding the culture and history behind it. With this in mind, I aim to create an engaging, immersive, and supportive learning environment for my students.
In addition to my native fluency in Chinese, I have experience in language tutoring, where I have helped students with pronunciation, grammar, and writing skills. I am confident that my skills, patience, and passion for teaching will make me a valuable addition to your team.
