About Cassius
To enable the student to identify food-related hazards; - Provide guidance on care in the food production stages; - Transmit concepts and rules of Brazilian Health Legislation. Take the Food Handling course with a certificate valid throughout Brazil, for employees of your business establishment and recycle with your employees. Chef Cassius Vieira is duly constituted under CNPJ 13.854.840 / 0001-63, associated with the Brazilian Distance Education Association (ABED) and has an Authorized Service in accordance with Law 9,394 / 96 and Presidential Decree 5,154 / 04. Our courses are basic level, free, are courses aimed at professional improvement. They are not considered higher level courses (graduation, extension, postgraduate). Because we are Free Courses, we do not have any link with the MEC.

The Food Handling Course applies to the professional who works with food. Preparing food in different business segments, such as bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, industries, restaurants and snack bars. In this Course the student will study in practical and theoretical classes and with handouts. At the end of the Course, he will do a Multiple Choice assessment containing 10 questions and to be approved you will need to reach a 6.0 average. Once approved, it will receive your Certificate.
