About Mrudula
I am a dancer by profession specializing in Kathak and Bharatanatyam from the last 22 years. I am a Visharad in both.
I am also a national level gold medalist in Kathak. I have my own offline dance school called "Meereiya".
I am an MBA by education and my favorite subjects are Math and Economics which I teach offline.

Being meticulous and patient, I approach dance with simple breaking down of steps. The most important thing in dance is the form and I spend a substantial time on this. I am happy when I dance and I want to share that happiness with someone keen on learning any of the dance form, be it Kathak or even Bollywood.
1) We begin with namaskaras and theory of kathak/ We do some introductory steps in Bollywood
2) Types of Hastaks/Todas/Tukdas and types of spins/ We get right into the steps in Bollywood
3) Abhinayas, Tarana , Gatbhav etc
