About Jen
I would consider myself a mentor more than anything as my perspective is to support and skill individuals and teams. I have coached youth football/soccer since 2008 in a voluntary capacity. Professionally, I have been developing organisations, teams and individuals in the sport industry for 10 years. Much of the core has been on presentation and communication in the physical and digital environments.

My 'mentoring' approach is very much pupil-centred through the 3P's method of presentation, practice and production using an instructional delivery; components of the instructional delivery I focus on pacing (individuals are individually paced), processing (we each process information individually and process time vary), response (intermittent and blocked) and feedback (through individuals contextualising their own learning experience/s).
