About Mirna
My teaching methodology focuses on creating an engaging and supportive learning environment where students feel confident in their ability to understand and apply mathematical concepts. In addition to maths, I can also assist with other related subjects, such as physics and statistics, providing a well-rounded academic experience. With over 3 years of experience in teaching Mathematics to students from school to college level, I am passionate about helping learners develop a strong foundation and confidence in maths. My approach is centred around making complex concepts simple, ensuring that students not only understand the material but also enjoy the process of learning. I believe that every student has unique learning needs, and I tailor my lessons to suit their individual pace and style. Throughout my career, I have successfully helped students achieve academic excellence, guiding them through challenging topics like Algebra, Trigonometry, and Calculus. One of my proudest moments was helping a group of high school students improve their maths scores by more than 20% in just one semester. As a dedicated educator, I aim to instil a love for learning and problem-solving skills in my students.
