About Katherine
I am a Physician Assistant (Master's degree in the sciences) as well as holding a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology with a minor in Spanish. I have experience as a tutor, am friendly, professional, and great at coaching my students and giving them positive reinforcement! I have received great reviews from my students in the past, and I would love to work with you! :) What I find the absolute most fun about tutoring is helping students to achieve the "aha!" moment that they didn't have before, when it finally makes sense! Overall, I go out of my way to help students because I enjoy helping students to learn and achieve that greater understanding.

I first identify where the student is having trouble, and then use visual aids and explanations for understanding. I love helping students achieve that "aha!" moment.
