About Kayla
Hello! My name is Kayla, and I am currently completing a Master of Education (Primary) at the University of New England. Alongside my studies, I work as an Education Support Worker, where I support students with diverse learning needs and help them build confidence in their academic abilities.
I am passionate about creating positive learning experiences that encourage students to reach their full potential. My experience working in schools has given me valuable insight into how children learn and the importance of adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
