About Sofia
I've been drawing since I was a child and I've always use a lot of my creativity both in the classroom and in life. I love creating with my hands, so analog processes are my favorites. Art and sustainability are two big interests, so don't be surprised if I recommend recycled paper for the classes. Other interests are self-knowledge, active meditation, ancient techniques, philosophy, quantum physics and sociology. My name is Sofia Francisco and I finished my Masters in Fine Arts in 2017, I did 2 internships in Berlin, one with the artist Harris Epaminonda and another at raubdruckerin, a shop that prints directly by hand on textile. I love to bring themes like repetition and uniqueness because I think it brings us understanding about ourselves and the environment that surrounds us. If you are interested in using creativity as a means of self-knowledge, of developing expression, such as meditation, I think my classes are the right one. Hope to see you soon, Sofia

Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced. I teach techniques and exercises directed to the art as a form of active meditation, showing that this is an excellent tool for self-knowledge. Of course, drawing and painting techniques are learned depending on the level, due to my background in arts.
My classes are for those who are interested in using creativity to express and get to know themselves, and are interested in holistic and meditative techniques. It is also open to children, young people and the elderly.
