About AJ
My name is AJ, and I am a recent graduate from the University of Virginia. There, I studied Materials Science and Engineering where I achieved my Master's Degree.
I also achieved a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from California State University, Fullerton. I bring a passion for science and enthusiasm for the subject that I hope I can inspire students who may struggle with more complex topics to help them become more confident in their understanding!
Some things about me, I enjoy sports (hockey and basketball), the outdoors, skiing, and video games.

My approach to sharing my knowledge as a tutor focuses on working through examples and concepts that students learn in class.
If students are struggling with a certain concept or homework problem, they will be able to come to me for extra understanding and help with the homework itself. My lessons will be centered around examples of stuff they are learning.
