Hi, I’m David, an experienced and passionate tutor specializing in IGCSE/O-Levels Math, English, and Accounting. With 4 years of teaching experience, I have helped students of all levels gain confidence, master key concepts, and achieve outstanding results in their exams. I believe in a student-centered approach that adapts to each learner’s strengths and challenges. My teaching methods include:
1. Concept-based Learning - I ensure my students understand fundamental concepts rather than just memorizing.
2. Active Student Engagement - I highly encourage discussions and questioning, it makes lessons more meaningful.
3. Problem-solving Mindset - prepping this mindset for exams and also for university is crucial. For subjects like Math and Accounting, I use theoretical blended with real=world application scenarios to infuse that logical mindset.
Lesson Duration:
Standard: 1 hour - 1.5 hours (subject to modification)
Intense Revision Sessions: 2 hours
Frequency: 2-3x per week (subject to student needs)
