About Mukunda
Hello! I'm Mukunda Sai, a passionate musician and music educator who has been immersed in the world of Indian classical music and Mridangam since the age of eight. Music has been a huge part of my life, and I've had the wonderful opportunity to perform at cultural festivals across India, participate in numerous solo singing and percussion competitions, and grow as both a performer and a teacher.
One of my proudest milestones was winning First Place in a District-Level Solo Singing Competition organized by the Ministry of Culture. Over the past six years, I've had the privilege of teaching students of different ages and skill levels, helping them discover the joy of music while building strong technique and confidence.
Whether you're taking your very first lesson or looking to refine your skills, my goal is to make every class engaging, interactive, and enjoyable. I believe learning music should be inspiring, rewarding, and full of creativity and I'd love to be part of your musical journey!

My lessons are designed for students of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced learners. I offer structured training in Carnatic vocal music and Indian percussion instruments, including Mridangam, Kanjira, Tabla, Dhol, Dholak, and Drums.
I focus on building strong fundamentals, improving rhythm, technique, musical expression, and performance confidence through personalized lessons. I also prepare students for inter-school, intra-school, and cultural competitions, with many of my students winning prizes in both vocal and instrumental solo categories.
In addition to teaching, I provide guidance in music composition, event performances, and choir arrangement, helping students develop both technical skills and stage presence. My goal is to make learning engaging, disciplined, and enjoyable while nurturing every student's unique musical journey.
