My Approach as a Probability Tutor

I believe that Probability can be approachable and even enjoyable when broken down step-by-step, and I work to ensure every student feels confident in their ability to master the material.
Teaching Method & Techniques
Conceptual Understanding: I emphasize understanding the "why" behind each concept. Before diving into formulas and calculations, I help students connect Probability theory with real-world scenarios to make the material more relatable.
Active Learning: My sessions are interactive, using problem-solving and real-world examples to reinforce learning. I encourage students to actively engage with the material by asking questions, applying concepts to new situations, and explaining concepts back to me.
Visualization & Intuition: Probability often involves abstract thinking, so I incorporate graphs, charts, and visual models (such as Venn diagrams and tree diagrams) to make concepts like probability distributions and conditional probability more tangible.
