About Georgina
I am a recent graduate from a Master of Science research program where I studied cell and molecular biology. While you can often find me working on hands-on projects in the lab, I thoroughly enjoy engaging with students academically, sharing my knowledge and passion for science with those interested.
Academically, I hold a 4 year Honours BSc degree in Biomedical Sciences in addition to my 2 year MSc degree.
Professionally, I have 3 years of experience as a teaching assistant for University level biology courses including: Intro to Biology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, and Cell Physiology. I also have over 5 years of experience as a youth and adult sailing coach.

We will also make goals for what you wish to accomplish in a particular course/class. With this information, I will develop a teaching plan that will keep you engaged and on track to succeed in your academic goals. Whether that be through weekly lessons, content review, practice tests, or assistance with assignments.
