About Manon
Hey! I'm Manon, I'm 24 years old, and a master student in literature at UCL! I started tutoring when I was an au pair and loved supporting student during their learning journey.
Other than work and studies, I'm a drummer in a band and I love watching films and tv shows!

I always adapt my lesson to the student, their needs, and the type of teaching most adapted for them to learn. I believe that an approach grounded in patience, playfulness, and clear structure is the more enjoyable and efficient. I alternate between oral and written practice, use repetition strategically to retain information, and contextualise lessons to make them meaningful and relevant to each learner. I have consistently found that building a positive rapport is essential, and I strive to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and confident.
