About Kristína
About Me
I’ve been playing the violin since I was 5 years old, and music has been a central part of my life ever since. I was fortunate to study at renowned universities in Switzerland and Austria under exceptional teachers, which gave me a strong foundation for my own teaching.
Over the years, I’ve expanded my knowledge by attending masterclasses with various professors and exploring nearly every violin method book I could find. This continuous learning helps me refine both my playing and teaching.
I started teaching at 19 and now have 15 years of experience. Alongside my teaching, I’ve worked professionally as a violinist with the Slovak Chamber Orchestra, giving me valuable insight into performance and musicality that I bring to my lessons.
Teaching is more than a job for me—it’s my mission. I’m passionate about sharing the beauty of music, spreading positivity, and helping students find joy and confidence through playing the violin.

I don’t stick to just one method—instead, I take the best ideas from different techniques and adapt them to what works best for you. Every lesson is personalized to make learning the violin feel natural and rewarding.
