About Rory
My teaching approach for Violin is built on four key principles: Communication, Creativity, Integrity, and Adaptability. I believe in clear and open communication with my students. I listen to their goals and challenges, ensuring that I can tailor each lesson to suit their needs. This helps build trust and a positive learning environment. Violin is an art form, and I encourage students to express themselves creatively. I integrate improvisation, experimentation with different styles, and personal interpretation to inspire artistic growth and make learning enjoyable. I uphold honesty and transparency in my teaching. I give constructive feedback and always encourage a growth mindset. My students learn that effort and persistence lead to improvement, both in skills and confidence.
