About Ludivine
From an early age, Ludivine has been deeply marked by the central question of the Meaning of Life and is torn by existential questions, driven by a need to better understand Man. At 12, she began to travel alone and it was her beautiful escape that began.
In a past life, diploma in hand and 13 years of career in the luxury tourism sector. Management positions at different levels ... It was a time when she was in search of better being, of balance, in search of answers to the Big Questions! It was then that she decided to leave the comfort of her career and hoist her sails to an unknown destination. She explores her worlds through Yoga.
In 2017, she flew to Nepal to train in the Hatha Yoga style, which invigorates the body and rebalances our polarities. She is certified and a member of Yoga Alliance Internationale ... The GN Reiki center in Pokhara is a reference in ancestral energy care, she will also be initiated into Japanese energy care Usui Reiki. It is in India that she continues her Hatha Yoga training, under the personal direction of Swami Vidyanand (Founder of the International Yoga Alliance), Ludivine receives the name of Master Yogini from Shanti Mayee, from Sanskrit to French “spreading the vibration of eternal peace around her. ” She graduated as a Transformational Yoga Master.
It is intuitively that Ludivine brings the eco system of Nous Yoga Escape to life with the desire to create integral journeys to discover the World and the Self. The art of Travel, the Art of Yoga and everyday well-being are sources of transformation and regeneration of our natural interior and exterior environments.

In perpetual training, Ludivine experiments with different holistic approaches and techniques during the classes that inspire her to design classes accessible to all, both a source of relaxation and energizers.
The Yoga Journey: It places the breath at the center of each session. A yoga trip lasts 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes, accessible to all levels.
Above all, it is free learning, completely leaving each of my travelers to interpret, to live their own experience with their own prism. Transformational YOGA allows everyone to reconnect with their own inner guidance, their Kingdom in order to develop more clarity on their own mental and emotional mechanisms and thus progress closer to their true nature.
We take what resonates, which vibrates the moment you feel Present with all these senses, your body; a word, a sentence, an unpleasant feeling ... and then you learn to observe the mechanism of all your bodies in full consciousness for 1 min first then 4 min the next day ... then suddenly 30 min. The key is practice! Practice on the mat and especially off the mat.
