Bachelor in commerce, master's in applied econometrics, Grad diploma in accounting and a PhD in finance. I have over 8 years experience in teaching nasters and undergraduate students at various Australian tertiary institutions.

I start by assessing where the students is at. Once I can understand where the students are lost then I can begin to design tutorial questions that help them to gain confidence in the problem areas. I find that some students get overwhelmed when presented with alot of information at once but are able to grasp the material better when it is introduced in bits. So that's what I do in my tutoring sessions. I bring the material to the level of the individual student's understanding.
