About Theresa
I have 10 years experiencing teaching creative writing and poetry for beginner to advanced. As an award winning poet, my work from my first poetry collection is in the OCR GCSE English Literature syllabus. My second poetry book will be published by Penguin in November 2024.
I have taught at a range of schools, state, grammar, and private schools. I have also taught poetry workshops for St Mary’s University and Surrey University. At advanced level I have taught poetry classes at The Poetry School and Southbank Centre.

I can help with a range of things as needed, including editing and providing feedback on poems, editing your manuscript, helping you finding your voice as a writer through discussions and reading suggestions, helping you improve analytical thinking and writing skills for all levels, or mastering your craft as a poet.
