Our daughter has been with her since the start of her this year in Highschool, to get help with her university studies and she has connected with her from day one. She finds her very organised, easy to talk to, very good listener and great at explaining things in a way she can understand and remember. As a result, she has been predicted a 1st, based on her assessment so far, which is fantastic. As parents, we also find her very helpful when we ask her a question and she answers very quickly.
