About Meghana
I am an educator and facilitator who is passionate about helping students learn, grow, and reach their potential. Nothing is more rewarding to me than seeing a student make progress, overcome challenges, and gain confidence in their abilities. I believe that every learner can succeed with the right guidance, encouragement, and support. Teaching allows me to make a meaningful difference in students' lives while helping them develop skills that will benefit them far beyond the classroom.

In my work as a phonics teacher, I focus on creating a personal connection with each child. I believe every child is different, so I set small, individual goals that feel achievable and meaningful to them. It could be something as simple as sitting in one place for two minutes, writing a single line neatly, or even greeting me first. These small wins build trust and help the child see that I believe in their ability to succeed. Over time, this confidence reflects in their learning and behaviour.
My experience with early years education, Jolly Phonics, and working with children with different learning needs has helped me understand how to adapt my teaching to suit each child. I enjoy planning lessons that are engaging, practical, and easy for children to connect with. Each session lasts 45 minutes and is aimed for pre primary and primary children. However, I have also worked with older children who are struggling with reading.
