About April
I am a creative person, I make theatre as a solo artist, and have in the past trained as a dancer, I include European traditional theatre styles in my work as well as singing and dancing. I love to teach Pilates because I can see the positive effect it has on the clients I work with and it leaves me with a feeling that I have been able to help them with understanding their body, feeling stronger, more able to live their life in a brighter, lighter way.

Italian
I am a Stott qualified teacher which means it's a contemporary sports science backed approach to the original classical system. I have worked with special populations including, remedial, pre and postnatal, and athletic conditioning. I have a professional dance background, a fun nature, making sure I give precise direction for your individual needs and aspirations.
