About Faisal
I am a student at a top liberal arts school in America. I graduated from a STEM program 2 years ago; in this I conducted scientific research in both neuroscience and mathematics, specifically number theory. I also study political science, and work in my senator's office. I am fluent in English and Hindi, and have a proficient understanding of Arabic (I am an Arabic minor). I would be delighted to talk about my interests further, and I certainly believe my ability in these fields is reflected in the level of my teaching.

I believe in a rigorous yet humanisitic teaching pedagogy, as is typical of the liberal arts. A typical lesson involves a short lecture by me, and then a much longer time for discussion. In this, I will address any questions a student may have. My hope is that this strengthens their understanding of the topic at hand. I can teach all ages and levels; I do feel more comfortable with higher level students though (high school/college).
