I am a Principal with M.Sc and B.Ed qualifications and also a Commercial Pilot Licence holder.I have a 20 years of teaching experience,designing-implementing teaching methodology for the students of grades 1 to 10, and have catered many different types of learning capacity and learning style students.I have worked with Board ranking students and students struggling to pass even in a single subject.

I generally follow this for teaching Maths concepts: The crux of the concept through figures,Identifying types of sums, sequencing them from easy to complex,designing a problem solving pattern for every type and having as many sums for each type as possible.Identifying minimum level of learning in each concept for struggling students and finding maximum number of similar sums for the types of sums they can attain.Also the series of algebra-geometry concepts across grades- 6 to 10 so that weakness of student once identified, can be catered with the relevant grade.
I have worked with Board ranking students and students struggling to pass even in a single subject.This variety has made me design a method to teach each maths concept to any one in the range of State toppers to the struggling most students.Basically, I love students. I love Maths.I love bringing the level of understanding maths concept in a student to be elevated.And this love has been driving me teach students across dates-yes every year when board exam nears- up to midnight and at times up to 04:00 in the morning. This love just does not let me give up.
