About Chamila
I’ve been a dedicated math tutor for over 5 years, and I truly feel blessed to call this my profession. I mainly work with students aged 8 to 15, helping them not only excel in math but also build life skills along the way. Math is more than numbers — it strengthens confidence, problem-solving, communication, and analytical thinking. My goal is to make learning supportive, engaging, and empowering. Let’s unlearn old fears and learn together in a way that makes math click!
My students often describe me as patient, kind, and supportive. I aim to share my love for math and help you become more confident in your own abilities. I believe math is hardwired into all of us — it's just a matter of unlocking it in a way that makes sense to you. You’ll discover this for yourself through our lessons together. As someone who studies math continuously, I understand what it feels like to be a learner, not just a teacher. I also have experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) and always tailor my approach with care and understanding.
