About Asad
As an INTJ, I have my strengths; I have my flaws. My strengths are: independence, honesty, and strategic thinking. I love to work alone, get things done by myself, and feel a sense of self-worth with my own competence. I am also very honest, straightforward and direct with my communication: this helps to boost efficiency by minimising any problems with miscommunication. As for my strategic thinking? I like to plan long term and see the bigger picture: this way, I can have contingency plans for when I fail. As for my flaws, the ones that I need to work on is perfectionism and my struggles with social norms (or the ability to understand them)

I approach teaching like a game of classical chess--I analyse my positions and adapt accordingly. If a student needs some help on a specific topic, then I will help indiscriminately. I am highly organised and will expect my students to have a certain degree of organisation in their lives. The lengths will be no longer than 3hrs a day, for two days a week (i.e. Tue and Thu) and I have achieved a Grade 6 in GCSE maths, and am currently studying A-Level Maths. As for my target audience, they will be Primary (Yr 3) to Secondary (Yr7 to 11) school students

Details
I will increase my rates monthly by only 5p, or quarter yearly 15. The exact rates will depend on level, for example (£/hr):
Primary (Yr 1 to 6)=£5
Secondary (Including GCSE's;Yr 7 to 11)=8(Yr 7 to 9) to 10 (Yr 10 to 11)
Tertiary (Yr 12 to 14)=12(BTECs) to 15(A-Levels) (I am working on this at the moment)
Higher Education (Yr 15+)= 20(Bachelors) to 28 (Post PhD) (This is a goal for years later)
