About Junaid
I am a highly enthusiastic tutor with a burning passion for maths! It tends to rub off on my students - over the years I have helped students make dramatic improvements in both grades and confidence, including a GCSE student who was predicted a Grade 2 at the start of Year 11, disliked mathematics, and ultimately achieved a Grade 8 before going on to enjoy A-Level Maths.
Alongside tuition I also share all of my notes, study tips, secrets, and resources from when I was a GCSE/A Level maths student. For highly ambitious students, I can also provide cheaper preparation for admissions tests such as the MAT / STEP / TMUA Oxbridge applications. (Usually £70+ for good tutors!!)

My lessons are devoted to three things: building confidence, developing a genuine love of mathematics, and turning students into complete exam weapons.
Lessons begin with rigorous but fun discussion of theory, misconceptions, and problem-solving techniques. Once understanding is secure, we move on to timed exam-style questions, developing accuracy and speed under pressure.
