About Tsietsi Roman
My name is Roman. I have always been passionate about mathematics and have excelled at it too. I started tutoring at high school and realised that people I taught understand what I teach. That's how my passion for teaching was born.
I then went to the University of Pretoria to study Bachelor of Education. I also studied BSc Applied Mathematics with UNISA. My passion for mathematics and for teaching, my many years of tutoring experience (more than 10 years) and my innovative ideas in education puts me among the best in teaching.

I assess my students to find out the concepts they struggle with. From the assessment results, I then design and plan lessons according to the student's individual needs.
Experience has taught me that students have different learning styles, so my assessment also assess the learning style a student associate with most.
I conduct my lessons in an interactive way. Experience has also taught me that the best way to learn is to teach. I afford my students the opportunity to teach what they learnt back to me. This, not only does it boost their confidence around the subject taught, it also deepens their understanding.
I am fluent in 9 South African official languages and I offer my lessons in all of them.
I teach FET phase and tertiary students.
