About Jack
I have a strong passion for mathematics, computer science and physics, and take great joy in teaching these subjects. I have prior tutoring experience with high school students, and am used to helping my classmates with their math homework.

In a typical lesson, I will begin by walking through foundational proofs and theorems to reinforce the most essential concepts. Then, we will work on some problems together (either homework problems provided by the student, or those of my own) to apply the theories we have learned. Mathematics is not a spectator sport— Generally, I will try to give only the minimum level of hints needed to ensure they can reach the correct answer.
My lessons are perfect for (1) those who are looking to learn a new branch of mathematics, but don't know where to start, (2) those who are currently learning a new branch of math, but are struggling in their class, and (3) those who already learned a certain branch of math before, but want to go back over it and gain a deeper understanding of the topic.
