About Amaya
I am a mathematics tutor with 9 years of experience and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics. My interest in mathematics began with a curiosity for numbers and logical patterns. Over the years, I have helped many students improve their understanding and confidence in the subject. My goal is to make mathematics simple, clear, and accessible for every learner.
My teaching style is patient, structured, and supportive. I focus on breaking down complex ideas into simple steps so students can understand easily. I use examples, guided practice, and consistent exercises to help learners improve steadily. I also adapt my lessons based on each student’s needs and pace, ensuring a comfortable learning experience. Helping students build confidence and strong problem-solving skills is always my main focus.
Outside teaching, I enjoy solving mathematical problems and exploring new concepts. This helps me improve my teaching methods and explanations. I feel proud when students gain confidence and begin solving problems independently. Supporting their growth and helping them develop a deep understanding of mathematics is something I truly value, and I remain committed to guiding them with patience, clarity, and encouragement throughout their learning journey.

I provide extra support for those who need it and more challenging problems for advanced learners. Each lesson is adapted to match the student’s learning pace and goals.
With regular practice, students begin to think more logically and solve problems with greater clarity. They gain confidence in their abilities and develop a positive attitude toward mathematics. My lessons create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.
