- Can empathize with math fears and insecurities. Before college I struggled with my high school math classes. I've been there, done that, and now know what it takes to succeed.
- Methods include emphasis on positive reinforcement, studying techniques and encouraging curiosity.
- When introducing new ideas and concept - can clearly explain the "why" something is done, not just the "how to do it".
- Subjects: middle school math; high school math; college level math up to pre-calculus.
