About Easton
My journey in mathematics began during my PhD in Pure Mathematics, where I explored advanced concepts and developed a deep understanding of logical reasoning. I was always interested in how mathematical ideas connect and how they can be explained in a simple way. Over the past 12 years, I have worked with many students, helping them build strong understanding and confidence through clear and structured teaching methods.
I believe that mathematics should feel logical and not difficult when it is taught properly. My teaching approach focuses on breaking down complex problems into smaller, simple steps so students can understand them gradually. I use clear explanations, consistent practice, and real-life examples to support learning. I also take time to understand each student’s pace and adapt my teaching style so they feel comfortable and confident throughout their learning journey.
Outside of teaching, I continue exploring different areas of mathematics and improving my teaching methods. This helps me provide better support to students. Teaching mathematics is very meaningful to me because I enjoy helping students overcome their fear, build confidence, and develop strong problem-solving skills that support their academic success and personal growth.

Mathematics becomes easier when students understand the logic behind each step instead of memorizing formulas without meaning. In my lessons, I focus on building strong conceptual understanding through clear and structured explanations. We begin with basic topics such as numbers, algebra, and equations. I guide students step by step using simple examples so they can understand how each concept works and how different ideas connect. This approach helps reduce fear and builds confidence from the beginning.
As students improve, I introduce more advanced topics such as geometry, trigonometry, calculus, and higher-level problem-solving techniques. I explain each concept carefully so students understand both the method and the reasoning behind it. Each lesson includes practice exercises, detailed solutions, and correction sessions that help improve accuracy. I also focus on helping students develop clear strategies to approach different types of problems effectively.
Mathematics lessons also help students develop patience, logical thinking, and analytical skills that are useful beyond academics. They learn how to approach problems calmly, break them into smaller steps, and solve them with clarity. Over time, students become more confident and independent learners. My goal is to make mathematics simple, structured, and enjoyable for every learner.
